Sparta Carnegie Township Library Conference Room Use

The conference room is available to organization for educational, cultural and civic purposes. It is not available to religious meeting or partisan political rallies. The conference room application is available here. Please call to schedule room, fill out the application and bring the application to the library. The use of the room guidelines are included on our site.

The conference room at Sparta Carnegie Township Library is available to organizations for educational, cultural, and civic purposes.  The room is not available for religious meetings or partisan political rallies.

The conference room is available for use during normal open hours of the library. 
Mon, Tues, Wed  9:00 am - 8:00 pm
Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sat 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Closed Thurs and Sun

All groups must convene their meetings at the above open hours, conclude their meetings one half hour before the closing of the library, and vacate the building 15 minutes before closing time.  Closing times may be extended by permission from the library director.

Non-profit groups:
   No charge

For profit groups:
* 1/2 day (1-4 hours) = $75.00
   Whole day (5 or more hours)  = $100.00

Payment is expected at the time of application.  In the event of a cancellation, you must notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled use of the room for a full refund.
